TERMS OF USE

Unless an alternative financial arrangement is agreed, all services must be paid by the CUSTOMER to LOMIO at the time of booking. Third Party in Accommodation Services Almost all hotels will treat reservations made for a third person as a double room with an extra bed. Consult the supplement and/or discount applicable for an extra bed for an adult, as it varies by hotel. Availability is mandatory when CUSTOMER booking as there are very few hotels with extra beds. Failure to do so may result in the availability of an extra bed at the hotel without the right to provide any service or charge any amount from LOMIO.

No Show in Accommodation Services The failure of the CUSTOMER's end consumer to show at the accommodation facility without prior warning will be considered as cancellation. No refund will be made to the final consumer in case of 'no use of the reservation' without prior consultation with LOMIO and without the explicit permission of LOMIO, who will inform the CUSTOMER about the fees to be paid, which can vary from the cost of one night to 100. % of the reservation amount.

Unless the changes are expressly authorized by LOMIO, the CUSTOMER cannot change the names of the end consumer after shortening the booked stay or the requested service or after the reservation is made. Any such change will be considered a cancellation of the reservation. Changes to extend the allotted time will be subject to eligibility; In case of extension, the price will be changed accordingly.

Cancellations In case of withdrawal of tourism services purchased through LOMIO, the CUSTOMER shall have the right to refund all paid amounts less any amounts that may have accrued as cancellation fees.

In case of no-show or early check-out, the accommodation facility may charge the full amount of the original reservation, in which case no refund will be applied to the end consumer. Reservations made through LOMIO can be canceled without any penalty at the request of any party in cases of force majeure without any restrictions, such as war, revolution, terrorist acts, border closures, epidemics, disasters that may affect various destinations. and in particular the location of the accommodation facility at the destination and the country of origin of the final consumers.
